CUT TO LENGTH LINE CTL Machine for (0.8~3.5)×400mm

Fully automatic cut to length machine could process the thickness from 0.8-3.5mm without any person interface.

2. Technical flow:

Coil-loading car→single mandrel uncoiler with coil-head guide→pinch feeder→transmission roll table→ side guide→ leveler →encode length-fixing→shear →stacker

3. Description of each equipment:
3.1．Coil-loading Car
1) Structure: Four wheels, car body made by welding
2) The car walking is driven by: 1.5kw cycloid pin-wheel motor
3) Car up-down movement by hydraulic cylinder Φ100×500mm
4) walking speed: 8m/min, max 4000mm distance.
5) Max load: 3000kgs.

3.2．Single Mandrel Decoiler with Coil head Guide
Uncoiler Structure: welding assembly base, cantilever single mandrel hydraulically expanded by connecting-rod.
Uncoiling drum: Φ508×450mm, expansion range: Φ500~Φ610mm.
Hydraulic cylinder for expansion: Φ100×100mm
Brake style: pneumatic pressure-regulating brake
Coil max width: 400mm
Coil max OD: 1400mm
Max coil weight: 3,000kgs.
Coil-head guide is installed on uncoiler
The press-down of coil-head arm by hydraulic cylinder Φ75 x 300mm

Traction wheel for opening coil-head: Φ150 x 150mm, driven by 2.2KW cycloid motor.

3.3 Hydraulic Pinch-feeder with shoveling plate

Pinch-feeder: Composed of base, stand, roller seat, double pinch-feeding rollers, the lifting & pressing-down mechanism for up roller, drive motor.
The up-down moving of upper press roller: by Φ70 x 150mm hydraulic cylinder, two pcs.
The drive motor: 4KW cycloid motor.Shoveling Plate: welding assembly with steel plates, two tongue-shaped plates(big one to move up-and-down, small one to expand and contract)
Hydraulic cylinder for big tongue up-down movement: Φ80×400mm
Hydraulic cylinder for small tongue expansion Φ63×400mm-

3.4．Transmission Roll Table

Dimensions:2000mm length x 500mm width
Composed of 4pcs Φ100 x 600 rollers, steel plates, chains.

3.5 Side guide
Structure: vertical rollers to restrict the progressing position of strip in the centerline.
Vertical rollers: two pairs, Φ80×110mm, 40Cr, high-frequency quenching
To adjust vertical rollers by lead screws with adjusting range: 100-400mm

3.6．Leveling machine
1) Composed of lever, lever's drive, and encoder to fix length.
2) Drive is composed of base, ZQ500 speed reducer, 37KW DC motor, Eurotherm 590 DC speed controller, couplers, brake, and gearbox.
3) Leveler is composed of base, frame, seats of up rollers and down rollers, up beam, sliding axle block, 15 leveling rollers(7 over 8 rollers), one row backup rollers for respectively upper and down levelign rollers press-down device by electric motors(2.2KW cycloid speed reducer) up-down mechanism for up feeding roller.
4) Leveling rollers: Φ100×500mm, 40Cr, HRC55-56, surface hard chrome coating
Backup rollers: Φ100×150, 8+9pcs, 45#steel, HB220-240
5) Encoder:LM02-610C-1200F/min(Japan Rep)

Coding pneumatic cylinder piston:100mm×120mm

3.7．Hydraulic shearing
