(a) This crimping machine is hydraulic crimping machine. The features of this hydraulic crimping machine is that : it can bend any shape of the roof sheet as your required.

(b) This crimping machine is used with the roof sheet crimping machine, first formed the roof sheet, then bend by the crimping machine, so that to finish the perfect roof sheet.

3. Material of forming mold: Cr 12 steel with quenched treated 60-62℃

4. Main oil pump press: 32mpa

5. Feeding equipment

1) Turbine worm reducer NMRV050

2) Rack driving

3) DC motor: calculates arc length automatically

Payment: 30% T/T in advance and balance 70% after inspection

3). Delivery: within 35 working days after receipt of deposit.

4). Warranty:

A. One year, and we will provide the technical support for the whole life.

B. Training: the buyer should charge of visa, return ticket, food and accommodation overseas and USD80/person/day for salary.

C. Need one technicians

D. Training time: one week (contains the time of installation and adjustment).

The sheet crimping machine is used with the sheet forming machine. First the sheet is formed by the sheet roll forming machine according to the designed drawing of the profiles. And then the sheet crimping machine will be designed as the profile drawing too. The sheet crimping machine function is to bend the sheet as setting angle in the PLC.
